The moves by the two sides, if anything, appear to have only made relations worse.At this point, as the Chargers indicate in their statement, Bosa has missed enough of training camp that the team does not feel he would be ready to participate in Week 1. As such, San Diego is restructuring its offer to Bosa.The question now, however, becomes whether Chargers fans will eversee the third overall pick take the field for the Chargers. If the two sides cannot come to terms, Bosa could sit out the year and re-enter the draft next year.Ezekiel Elliot's DebutDallas' first-round draft selection, running back Ezekiel Elliott, is set to make his first appearance in a preseason game for the Cowboys on Thursday night:This will be Elliott's first opportunity to show the public what he can do outside of practice, but Alfred Morris' performance last week against the Miami Dolphins is promising for what Elliott should be able to do behind the same offensive line.Morris rushed for 85 yards and a touchdown on 13 carries against Miami.Elliott missed the first two preseason games and eight total practices with a hamstring injury that he suffered on August 2 in practice."I think I've done a good job getting my mental reps when I was out and I'm finally getting back into the groove," Elliott said, per ESPN.com's Todd Archer.
