Matz is eligible to come off the disabled list Tuesday, but it's not certain if he'll be able to start vs. Miami in a matchup of NL wild-card contenders.WELCOME BACKCatcher Dioner Navarro could rejoin the Blue Jays after they got him from the White Sox in a trade for minor league lefty Colton Turner. The switch-hitting Navarro spent two seasons with Toronto before signing with Chicago last December. He was hitting just .210 with six homers and 32 RBIs in 85 games.
