Professor Johnbull Exposes Deceitful Suitor In Episode 6

The hilarious T.V drama series Professor Johnbull, sponsored by data grandmasters, Globacom, in its sixth episode exposed the antics of overseas-based Nigerian men who come back home in search of a wife.The episode which aired on Tuesday at 8:30 p.m. on NTA International, NTA Network and NTA on StarTimes also revealed the gullibility of young Nigerian girls who fall prey to this practice. The repeat broadcast will be shown on the same Nta stations on Friday at 8.30pm.The episode entitled Half Bread and Puff-Puff began with Ufoma (Bimbo Akintola) hawking yam and was spotted by Malik (Sani Danja) who tried to woo her. Bimbo dismissed his advances by laughing it off. Ufoma rued her past experience with a man who had ruined her life when Malik asked her to marry him.The opening scene flipped to another one where Flash Boy was seen also trying to woo Jumoke (Bidemi Kosoko) who was not moved by his words. They both stumbled on Malik and Ufoma as they walked down the street.Jumoke was attracted to Malik and wondered what he was doing with Ufoma. Whos that guy, dressed so fine following Ufoma, yam seller without certificate, she said. She pulled Malik away and tried to sell herself to him when Malik told her he was looking for a wife. When Malik asked who Flash Boy was, Jumoke called him half bread, a boy she uses to pass time when shes bored. Malik proposed instantly.The chemistry between them jelled and they moved to Olaniyis restaurant to celebrate their love. Jumoke who is described by Professor Johnbull as the prevaricator lied to Olaniyi that she had known Malik for 5 years.Troubled Ufoma led Professor Johnbull (Kanayo O. Kanayo), Udo Etuk (Ime Bishop) and Mai Doya (Funky Mallam) to Olaniyis restaurant where the drama climaxed. The bubble burst for Malik when Udo Etuk revealed that he overheard him speaking to his wife in Spain.
