Charlotte Flair, Tamina Sent to WWE SmackDown in Superstar Shake-Up

SmackDown Live commissioner Shane McMahon revamped the show's women's division Tuesday with the additions of Charlotte Flair and Tamina as part of the WWE Superstar Shake-up.WWE provided a look at the two at their new home:SmackDown Live needed some fresh faces in its women's division after losing Alexa Bliss and Mickie James to Raw.Tamina hasn't appeared on WWE programming in nearly a year, as sheunderwent knee surgerylast May. It wasn't exactly a ringing endorsement that WWE used her to essentially troll the fans. McMahon described SmackDown's newest female star as an amazing athlete and the daughter of a Hall of Famerleading many to expect Charlotte.TheMiami Herald's Scott Fishman was critical of how WWE handled Tamina's SmackDown Live debut:With that said, there's no question Charlotte is the far bigger inclusion on SmackDown. She's already a five-time WWE women's champion and one of the top names in WWE's women's division.Charlotte will benefit greatly a change of scenery. On Raw, her biggest feuds were against Bayley and Sasha Banks, two wrestlers with whom she battled on NXT.
