Dogaras 10 Sins Of Governor Abubakar, Infantile, Laughable (2)

Published by Leadership on Wed, 12 Apr 2017

On the issue of development projects, Dogara has truly lost touch with the reality and blinded by opposition virus. Before voicing his imagination, he could have verified from those his drowning co-travelers that might have visited their localities recently for their usual deceit. To help him out of ignorance, within the state he claims, the government is renovating and constructing over 250 kilometers of roads excluding those in selected tertiary institutions like ATAP etc. It is constructing and equipping Public Health Centres in each of the 20 local governments accompanied with modern toilet facilities. It is renovating all dilapidated public schools across the state and providing the required teaching and learning aids including those in Bogoro, an area Dogara loves to desert like a lepers den.Truly, Dogara is a confused opponent that should be ignored because the Bauchi state we know has never been a neighbor to Adamawa state but in his imagination out of frustration probably because the 2017 budget could not be padded, he moved Bauchi state toneighboring Adamawa. And for him to compare what is obtainable in those states further exposed his ignorance. He should at least by now know that each state has its peculiar problems which the governors are attending with dispatch. In Bauchi state, one of the peculiarities is prompt payment of salaries, serving the basic requirements of the people and to maintain security to lives and property apart from making holistic efforts to industrial the state through the provision of roads, water and affordable foodstuff to the people. Educationin Bauchi state is a must to every school-aged child while welfare of teachers is receiving adequate attention. These are facts that Dogara hate to hear from his state. But the likes of Ali Wakili, Aminu Tukur, Iliasu Zwall, Prof.Salisu Shehu etc are in better position to explain the mindset of Dogara on unity and progress of Bauchi state.Speaking on the suspension order of three caretaker Local Government Chairmen that paid him a congratulatory visit in Abuja remains the lie it is. The governor never acted in that case because Dogara was involved. But on receipt of the news of the visit to Dogarawhich had security implications from security report at his disposal, he directed for their immediate suspension to serve as a deterrent to other civil servants that may follow suit against the General Order of the Civil Service and the 1999 Constitution that bans civil servants from meddling into politics. As of the time he issued the directive, he was not aware of any permission from the permanent secretary as claimed. And if there was any, the permanent secretary without conferring with the governor lacked the power to grant such permission without clearance from the governor. Dogara and his feeders forgot that the governor was also a civil servant in Bauchi state and conversant with civil service regulations. The drowning politician is only crying because he was blocked from politicizing the civil service to his advantage.Dogara alleged that he sent a medical team to attend to the health needs of people in his constituency but were denied the use of state government-owned facilities.Response: Dogara was mean with the truth in that empty allegation because in any convention setting, before the use of any government facility the world over, there are protocols to be followed for official clearance and other arrangements. In Dogaras case, he rated himself as above following due process to obtain clearance for use of public facilities. Those responsible denied him the use of the facilities until he obtained clearance as required. Security agencies were equally not involved until when he smelt a rat that the crowd needed adequate control and protection. Does he want to confuse the people that the Federal Government facility used was not officially requested
