Minister: President is hale and heartyPresident Muhammadu Buhari was absent from yesterdays Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting at the presidential villa, Abuja. Buhari, it was gathered, had stayed back at home to attend to other important issues of state. In his stead, Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo presided over the FEC meeting.
