Manchester United goalkeeper David De Gea may not be a realistic transfer target for Real Madrid this summer as the Spaniards continue to see their market options fall. Elsewhere, manager Zinedine Zidane and Isco have reiterated their desires to see the player remain at the Santiago Bernabeu.Real's summer transfer options are "getting reduced by the day," according to Spanish football expert Guillem Balague, who detailed Los Blancos' declining chances of recruiting De Gea in a Sky Sports Q&A session on Saturday:Real Madrid are very aware Jose Mourinho does not want David De Gea to go to Real Madrid. Madrid would ask De Gea to give a step forward to show his interest in going to Real but he will not do that in the near future. The original list of potential Galacticos included, amongst others, David De Gea, Thibaut Courtois, Paulo Dybala and Eden Hazard. But Dybala has just renewed his contract with Juve and Chelsea have got no intention of selling Hazard and believe Courtois is happy with his leadership role at the club.Jose Mourinho has let Real Madrid know he has no intention of selling. The options are getting reduced by the day.The notion has always been that the 26-year-old would struggle to campaign for an Old Trafford exit out of respect for his employers, despite the fact the Madrid native would undoubtedly find comfort in returning to his hometown. The Red Devils No. 1 came close to joining Los Blancos in the summer of 2015 before a filing error scrapped his transfer, per BBC Sport. Real have never fallen far off the stopper's scent, although Mourinho recently insisted De Gea is not distracted, perMarca's Chris Winterburn:Faith in Real Madrid's incumbent goalkeeper, Keylor Navas, has dropped this season after the Costa Rican enjoyed such a strong 2015-16 campaign, intensifying some calls for De Gea to be brought in by the club's hierarchy.Bleacher Report's Lars Pollmann didn't hold back in asserting the United talisman as arguably the best shot-stopper in the world recently, an indicator as to just how valuable an investment he's been for United:Meanwhile, Zidane has again expressed his desire to see Isco remain with Real beyond this summer after the midfielder's brace rescued all three points in Saturday's 3-2 victory over relegation-threatened Sporting Gijon.Speaking to the media after the resultwhere Isco's 90th-minute strike helped edge SportingZidane said "Madrid is the place" for Isco, even if the player doesn't start as frequently as he might like.Per Real Madrid's official website, the Frenchman said: "He had a great game and deserved it. He got the three points for the team with his second goal. I'm happy with how he played and with the whole team's performance. He made the difference, I'm happy and Real Madrid is the place for him. Now we have to rest and think about Tuesday's game."This season has once again seen Isco struggle to hold down a starting spot in Zidane's lineup, although he does still boast one of the club's best scoring totals in league competition:Isco has started in 19 of his 33 total appearances this season, chipping in with seven goalsall of which have come in La Ligadespite playing the full 90 minutes on just four occasions.Isco also spoke to the media after Saturday's 3-2 triumph and told of his aim to stick around at the Bernabeu "for many years," per Catalan newspaperSport:I have always made it clear that I want to be here for many years. I don't know why people are surprised that I want to play more, it's the same with all players. My parents have always told me that I have to fight for what I deserve. The manager [Zinedine Zidane] makes the decisions he thinks are best for the team and he's managing the squad well. The press misinterpret things a lot and sometimes they're more interested in sales than informing. I said -- and I maintain -- that I want to stay at Madrid. We will make the right decision at the end of the season. The question now is whether Isco will receive the kind of playing minutes he requires in order to convince the Spain international he should remain at Real beyond this season. It's no coincidence Isco shone on a day where most of Real's main arsenal were being rested, meaning he may need further proof of the manager's commitment to his needs before he makes a call on his future.
