PayToo SmileandPay is the newest technology incorporating QR Code features and facial recognition to verify payment. With the launch of PayToo SmileandPay, we are proud to be at the forefront of the technology and to mark another milestone in the industry."The application allows users to scan a QR code, and validates the transaction by taking a Selfie when they sign into the PayToo account.
