The challenges posed by the menace of miscreants and hoodlums to the security of the society, which has assumed a more dangerous dimension, should be tackled with a renewed vigour. The current un-salutary spate at which the Nigerian society is breeding street urchins and miscreants, calls for a tangible approach on the part of the government at all levels, without exception.
