Supersport pulls out of Nigerian League

South Africa-based pay television Supersport has cancelled their broadcast contract with the Nigerian Professional Football League. New Telegraph scooped that the broadcast outfit has written to the League Management Company, the body saddled with the responsibility of running the NPFL about their decision which means the country's topflight will not be aired live by the pay television giants. 'The LMC infringed on some of the rights signed in the contract agreement and that necessitated the decision,' a source told New Telegraph.
