Prudence wore a tutu and diamond necklace during the 38th Beautiful Bulldog Contest at Drake University on Sunday and emerged the winner.Bravo, Prudence!The 2-year-old English bulldog from Des Moines, Iowa, beat out 38 entrants from 10 states before 1,200 spectators at Drakes Knapp Center and thousands more online, the university reported.
