The Safaricom network outage affected Voice, Data, SMS, M-PESA and Enterprise services.Kenyans who use the Safaricom network were not able to make calls, send messages and use the internet after the telecoms company suffered a networkoutage that affected the entire country. Customers were not able to send or receive calls or text messages for almost two hours. Data and M-Pesa services were also interrupted.The mobile service providerreleased a statement warning users of the network outage.According to a report by Reuters, Safaricom's outage problem began at 9.30 am on Monday and the network has since been restored.
