Justice Mojisola Olatoregun of a Federal High Court Lagos has ordered an interim forfeiture of $5.8 million belonging to a former First Lady, Dame Patience Jonathan, to the Federal Government. The order was sequel to the granting of an exparte application filed by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) seeking the temporary forfeiture of the money pending the determination of its motion on notice.
