Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho has joked he might have to play in defence against Swansea City on Sunday as the Red Devils cope with injury worries at the back.Per ESPN FC's Rob Dawson, he spoke of United's limited central options: "In this moment Eric Bailly is the only option we have. It's Axel [Tuanzebe], Eric and Daley [Blind]. I think Eric and Daley, they played again absolutely amazingly [against City]."I have to speak with them and see how they are, see how they feel. I'm also training hard in the gym so I can also be an optionMourinho and Tuanzebe against Swansea!"Chris Smalling, Phil Jones and Marcos Rojo are all injured, while Timothy Fosu-Mensah suffered an injury during Thursday's 0-0 draw at Manchester City.Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Juan Mata are also out while Paul Pogba looks set to miss the clash with Swansea. To make matters even more difficult for the Special One, Marouane Fellaini earned a straight red card on Thursday, limiting United to just Ander Herrera, Michael Carrick and Wayne Rooney as midfield options, with Mourinho confirming the latter could be drafted in on Sunday.Hesham Bilal-Hafiz of theManchester Evening Newsbelieves United's predicament will make the rest of the season very difficult:Meanwhile, football writers Alex Shaw and Liam Canning believe United did well in the circumstances against City:While Swansea are in the relegation zone, it's unlikely to get any easier for the Red Devils when they meet at Old Trafford, where they have been held to nine draws and scored just 23 goals in 17 matches this year.Paul Clement's side are fighting for survival and won their last match, albeit it was against a Stoke City team that have little to play for.It will certainly be a big test for Tuanzebe if he plays ahead of Blind, and Herrera and Carrick will need to ensure they give the back four as much protection as they can.Going forward, the likes of Rooney, Jesse Lingard and Anthony Martial could be relied upon to make the difference if they're selected. The trio are more than capable of doing so if they play well, and they'll need to if United are to pick up an important three points.
