Libel: NPA boss, Usman, sues newspaper for N1bn

The Managing Director of Nigerian Ports Authority NPA and a former Chief of Staff to Governor Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna State, Hadiza Usman, on Friday filed a N1 billion libel suit against an online medium, Breakingtimes Communication Nigeria Limited before an Abuja High Court.
