Nigerians may pay more for houses and construction projects as cost of building materials' prices has remained 'stubbornly' high despite appreciation of the naira. These materials include iron rods, woods, paints, nails, cement, sandcrete blocks, sharp sand, granite, roof and window materials and workmanship, among others.
