28 dead, 12 injured in Abuja, Lagos/Ibadan auto crashes

Twenty-eight people have been killed in two auto crashes which occurred yesterday in Abuja and along the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway. While the Abuja accident claimed two lives, the others lost their lives in the auto crash along the expressway. A collision by two commercial buses at the Quarry area along Lagos-Ibadan Expressway saw 26 persons being burnt to death while 11 persons, including three children, were seriously injured.
