Chad Henne to Start Jaguars vs. Panthers; Blake Bortles to Receive 1st-Team Reps

Chad Henneand not Blake Bortleswill reportedly start the Jacksonville Jaguars' preseason game against the Carolina Panthers on Thursday at EverBank Field.
