Apapa gridlock: NPA gives ultimatum to shipping firms

In arresting the hazard of gridlock on roads in Apapa, Lagos, the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA), after consultations with major stakeholders had reeled out fresh measures for operators to keep the road safe for commuters and motorists.
