Deputy Speaker, Lasun Bags Chieftaincy Title in Ondo

Sulaimon Lasun Yussuff and his wife, Hajia Rasheedat Omowumi as Ajagunla and Yeye Ajagunla of Ikareland.The installation will be the climax of activities lined up for this years Ikare Day where sons and daughters from far and near will come home with their friends to grace the occasion.According to a statement signed by the Chief Press Secretary to the deputy speaker, Mr. Wole Oladimeji, the Lasun will also chair the occasion where funds will be raised for developmental projects.The Olukare explained that the choice of the Deputy Speaker for the much-coveted title was as a result of his track record in the past three years and based on what he has done for his people.The choice of the Deputy Speaker for the title was due to his fearlessness and doggedness to the course he believes in, he said.The title, the Oba said, was not just an ordinary title, it is, according to him, meant for the fearless, the bold for those with proven track record of sterling leadership qualities.The post Deputy Speaker, Lasun Bags Chieftaincy Title in Ondo appeared first on leadership.ng.
