2019: INEC raises the alarm over low voter registration in Ebonyi

Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Ebonyi State branch, yesterday raised the alarm over non-collection of PVCs by voters in the state. It also raised the alarm over refusal of people to enrol in the on-going third quarter of voter registration in the state.
