PDP, APC bicker over $1bn insurgency fund

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has challenged the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) to come up with plausible excuse on the reason for the $1 billion released from the Excess Crude Account (ECA) to fight insurgency rather than the resort to cheap blackmail. The party also called on the Minister of Information and Culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, to substantiate his claims that PDP was rebranding with stolen money.
