Court remands Daily Times publisher in Kuje prisons

An Abuja Magistrate Court yesterday remanded thew publisher of Daily Times Nigeria (DTN) PLC, Fidelis Anosike and a director, Noel Anosike in Kuje prisons over alleged fraud.Chief Magistrate Azubuike Ukagu, who gave the order, had earlier denied the defendants bail and further ordered that the defendants remained in prison custody. The Inspector General of Police, through a First Information Report, arraigned the defendants on a fourcount charge bordering on alleged criminal conspiracy, theft and forgery.
