For years, it was highly acclaimed among critics and creatives in Hollywood. James Spader was a real awards draw as well. But now "The Blacklist" isamong the lowest-rated returning shows on the network.What's strange is that NBC produced a spin-off, "The Blacklist: Redemption," which it then swiftly canceled.
