Good morning! This is the tech news you need to know this Tuesday.1. Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg is due for a grilling in Brussels on Tuesday evening over the Cambridge Analytica scandal and issues such as fake news and European privacy regulation. Zuckerberg is expected to apologise for the platform's role in mishandling user data.2. Intel and Microsoft have discovered a new variant of Spectre, a critical bug in millions of chips used to power PCs and tablets globally. The flaw allows someone to extract sensitive information from the chip.3. US President Donald Trump is using an iPhone that lacks any kind of sophisticated security setup, according to Politico. He has reportedly resisted attempts to bolster his phone's security, such as advice to swap out one of his phones on a monthly basis.4.A former Uber software engineer sued the company Monday claiming that she was sexually harassed and her complaints were ignored. Ingrid Avendano claims Uberretaliated against her by denying her promotions and raises and giving her negative performance reviews.5. Ossic, a high-tech headphone company, that raised over $3 million on Kickstarter and Indiegogo to build headphones with surround sound is shutting down. The company said it has run out of money, won't ship any headphones, and it's backers won't get refunds.6.Adobe announced Monday it was buying e-commerce services provider Magento Commerce for $1.68 billion in cash. The deal is Adobe's biggest in nearly a decade.7. The US and China are reportedly close to an agreement on lifting the US ban on Chinese phonemaker ZTE, according to the Wall Street Journal. ZTE would still potentially have to pay significant fines and make major changes in management under the agreement.8. Barack and Michelle Obama have signed an agreement with Netflix to produce scripted shows and documentaries.The couple has created a production company, "Higher Ground Productions," to create content for the streaming service.9. Spotify CEO Daniel Ek has cofounded a big event in Sweden that he hopes can be a "creative Davos." The event, called Brilliant Minds, will focus on Sweden as a business-friendly and entrepreneurial country.10.Fortnite is getting a huge investment to get into eSports.
