10 bands you didn't know were actually from Europe

Music junkies have Europe to thank for many of the worlds most legendary bands. While classic rock pioneers like the Rolling Stones and pop icons like ABBA are known to hail from across the pond, there are many more where they came from.Decades after the British Invasion rocked the states, European groups are still topping the US charts. Heres just a few of them.The Icona Pop duo comes from Sweden.Icona Popwhose Charli XCX collaboration, "I Love It," dropped in 2012come from Stockholm, Sweden. "I Love It" remains the DJ duos biggest hit to date, cracking the Top 10 of the Billboard Hot 100.Milky Chance was formed in Germany.Folk trio Milky Chance formed in Kassel, Germany in 2012. They earned themselves American recognition with their 2013 breakout single "Stolen Dance," which worked its way to topping the Billboard Alternative charts the following year.Gorillaz hails from England.The funky virtual band behind 2005 smash hit "Feel Good Inc." comes from Essex, England.
