Load up on veggies.Vegetables offer our bodies many vital nutrients, and they are so versatile. You can eat your favorites raw, or steam, saute, boil, or roast veggies at home, and simply warm them up at work. With a little seasoning, you can make one vegetable taste many different ways, too.2. Stick with whole grains for sandwiches, wraps, and more.Whether youre packing a sandwich or settling for a bowl of cereal (no judgment!), choose whole grains. Theyll keep you fuller and provide more nutrients and fiber than refined grains, according to Choose My Plate. Whole grains are also full of flavor.3.
