ROFOROFO FIGHT IN HIGH PLACES

BOTH OBJ and IBB should thank FelaAnikulapo-Kuti, the Afrobeat legend,for having the genius to construct a theory for what is transpiring between both of them now. Back in the day, when Fela had sung about a roforofo fight between two people, he could have had the OBJ/IBB verbal war in mind. He had counselled that two angry people should not fight where it is marshy. Very soon, both of them will look like twins because their faces and bottoms will be roforofo body and it may be difficult to separate them.OBJ had called IBB a fool, a fact that had been hidden from Nigerians all this while, and IBB had retorted that Nigerians knew who the bigger fool was. Nigerians may not have known until this verbal war that it takes a fool to know another one. What may surprise Nigerians, however, is why it took such a long time for both of them to know these facts about themselves.IN any event, Nigerians are being entertained as both characters endorse the prescient genius of Fela Anikulapo-Kuti and also fulfil the biblical view of high places being filled with spiritual wickedness.
