Prof. Omo Omoruyi is a professor of Political Science, a political consultant and author. He was Director-General of the Centre for Development Studies (CDS) during the General Ibrahim Babangida regime. Having gone through a traumatic experience being diagnosed with cancer and going through treatment and recovery, he spoke about his life in his book, 'My Journey Back to Life' which was launched yesterday. He spoke to Adie Vanessa Offiong about his motivation to write the book and surviving cancer.
