Police nab teenage kidnapper, return baby to parents

I am tired of my daughter,' says father of a 17-year-old suspected kidnapper, Philomena Emmanuel, who allegedly kidnapped Favour Arinze, 3, at Jahi Junction in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). Dorcas Kasimu, 25, lived with her sister and brother-in-law, one Mr. Emma Manga at Mararaba in Nasarawa State when Dorcas received information that a woman needed help running her restaurant located at Jahi Junction. After seeking the consent of her sister, Mrs Manga, Dorcas proceeded with Favour to her new job in April, 2011 and appeared at home on weekends.
