Witness says Jonathan won election fairly

The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal yesterday heard a witness say that signing of the April 16 Presidential election results by Congress for Progressive Change (CPC) is a confirmation that President Goodluck Jonathan won fairly. The witness, Victor Abang, who is a member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Special Assistant to Senate President, David Mark said this while being cross examined by CPC Counsel, Abubakar Malami (SAN).
