Onikolobo agog for Kings' Day of praise

All is set for theEight Edition ofKings' Day of praise, an annual event that started in 2004, attracting great people from across the four corners of Nigeria and other countries.According to the Visioner of the event, Oba Adedapo Adewale Tejuoso, this year edition of the event slated for 6th of October, known as Shiloh of the Royal, fathers will be unique because it would be the first time the present governor of the state, Senator Ibikunle Amosun will be witnessing the gathering of traditional rulers in the ancient city of Abeokuta.The Divine mandate of the Kings' Day of Praise' as given to Oba Adedapo Adewale Tejuoso started on Thursday 14th October 2004.It is the gathering of the Royal Father to praise the King of Kings, 'every year we gather to acknowledge Him as our banner of success for the previous years so that He can do more for the following years' activities. Praise is what God expects from mankind for what He has done, what He is doing and what He is going to do for us', Oba Adedapo Adewale Tejuoso, the Osile Oke Ona Egba, declared.Government functionaries, religious leaders, believers and dignitaries in the society are expected to be in attendance.Chief Ebenezer Obey, the statement added, will be the chairman of the event.
