243,166 retirees received N7.82bn as pension in Jan ' PTAD

The Pension Transitional Arrangement Directorate (PTAD) has revealed that 243,166 retirees were paid a total of N7.82 billion as pension in January, 2018. A report of the activities of PTAD for January, 2019 showed that 101,702 civil service pensioners were paid N1.71 billion while 113,680 parastatals pensioners got N4.94 billion during the month.
