Pack of Dogs Attack Neighbors While Owner's in Court

A California man was in his own front yard when he had to run from a threat that has chased him before. Nine dogs that should have been secured at his next door neighbor`s property were coming after him. Shortly after, the dogs attacked more neighbors, now in the hospital.
