Kidnappers Demand 150m Euros From Saudi Arabian Businessman

Police Parade SuspectsFOUR suspected kidnappers were yesterday paraded at the Bisam Police Station of the Murtala Mohammed Airport, Lagos for forcefully kidnapping an international businessman from Saudi Arabia, Alhaji Al-Shir Amzad Saley.The kidnappers, according to the Police Commissioner, Airport Command, Mr. Akila Gwary, had pretended to be a businessmen and received the Saudi Arabian upon arrival at the Murtala Mohammed International Airport, Lagos and took him to an unknown destination.The kidnappers, who are in their teens, were identified as Funmilola Felix, Lucky Felix, Endurance Felix, and Chika Nwogwu.After the kidnap of the Saudi Arabian, they were said to have demanded 150 million euros from the family of the Saaudi Arabian.The kidnappers ran out of luck when the Saudi Arabian embassy in Lagos contacted the Police station on October 4, prompting the police to take immediate action to unravel the whereabouts of the kidnappers.Gwary told journalists yesterday night that the kidnappers had taken the Saudi Arabian to Akila Village in Odogbolu, Ogun State with the intention of colleting the ransom from his family members.He explained that one Steve, who was suspected to be the kingpin and had invited the Saudi Arabian, was still on the run, but assured that he would be arrested soon.
