MTN reveals R128 weekend bonanza promotion

The standard MTN WOW R60 promotion which runs until 31 August 2014, will run concurrently with the MTN R128 WoW Bonus promotion.MTN has launched a new promotion that sees customers receiving R128 free airtime for spending R10 of their airtime. The MTN WOW R128 Bonus Weekend promotion 8 August and ends on Sunday, 10 August.The standard MTN WOW R60 promotion which runs until 31 August 2014, will run concurrently with the MTN R128 WoW Bonus promotion.This promotion is applicable to Prepaid and Top-Up customers. The free airtime can only be used on local MTN-to-MTN calls, local MTN to MTN SMS as well as ad-hoc internet browsing.The launch of the WOW R128 Bonus Weekend is a response to the demands for more enticing promotions that offer value to our customers and keeps them connected with family and friends on our world class network,' says Larry Annetts, Chief Marketing Officer: MTN South Africa.To qualify for the promotion, customers need to opt in by dialling *130*741# and spend a minimum of R10.00 during promo period. The benefit will only apply once a day. The FREE airtime giveback will expire on the same day at 23:59.Both the R6.00 for R60.00 and R10.00 for R128.00 promotions will run at the same time. Customers who are already opted into MTN WoW R60 Bonus promotion when dialling *130*741# will be automatically opted out of MTN WoW R60 Bonus promotion. In other words, customers cannot be on both promotions at the same time.On Monday 11 August, customers will have to opt-in to the MTN R60 WoW Bonus promotion, by dialling *130*500# to continue receiving the free airtime value.
