PDP BOT meets today over polls, Nwodos successor

Former President Olusegun Obasanjo will today preside over Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Board of Trustees (BOT) meeting at Presidential Villa to possibly deliberate on a likely successor to Dr Okwesilieze Nwodo who resigned on the eve of the partys presidential primaries on January 13. Dr. Chukwuemeka Ezeife-led Eastern Leader Forum has been insisting that a substantive PDP National Chairman should be appointed from the Southeast geo-political zone before next months general elections.
