I prefer to work with ACN - Fashola

The Lagos State governor, MrBabatunde Fashola (SAN), said on Wednesday that he would not like to work with candidates from other parties except those from the Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN).He said this at the mega rally to kick-off campaign for the local government election, adding that only ACN had credible people to develop the state to mega status.While calling on Lagos residents to troop out in large number for the October 22 polls, Fashola said the best election should be at the local government level, which is the closest administration to the people.The governor declared that he was ready to work with all the councillors and the 57 chairmen of local government and Local Council Development Areas (LCDA) who are from the ACN to deliver more dividends of democracy.He said, 'we are presently working on the inner roads in our local governments.We are working with the chairmen to ensure that primary health care and primary education are provided. For continuity and better performance, I don't want to work with local government chairmen from other parties except those from ACN.
