How VIO ran me down with car over argument

Malama Hauwa'u Suleiman, alias Balaraba, left her Katsina home hale and hearty. Unknown to her however, a horrific destiny was waiting for her in Zaria. Some VIOs were on a routine check when Malama Hauwa's bus arrived the junction that leads to the city of Zaria on the Katsina road. An 'accomplice' of the VIOs, who is also a VIO but serving in Niger State, crushed her legs with his car because the woman had pleaded for leniency for their driver, resulting to the fracture of the woman's two legs.
