Touchdowns are a fantasy football players best friend, and Randall Cobb made a lot of people happy in the fourth quarter of the Green Bay Packers game Thursday.Cobb caught a touchdown pass from Aaron Rodgers to close the gap to 29-16 against the Seattle Seahawks, and it brought his stats to 58 receiving yards and one touchdown on eight targets. The fact that he had eight targets is encouraging to fantasy owners who were worried about Jordy Nelson stealing opportunities. To be clear, Nelson had 14 targets at the time, but Cobb was definitely a major part of the passing attack. Rodgers targeted him in short yardage and up the seam, so fantasy players should be fully confident in Cobb going forward.Even more encouraging is the fact that Cobb put up solid numbers against the mighty Seattle Seahawks defense. John Breech of CBS Sports noted just how rare a touchdown pass against Seattle truly is:If Cobb can score fantasy points against that, he can score fantasy points against anyone. In total, Cobb ended up with 58 receiving yards and that touchdown even though his team lost 36-16. Good thing fantasy players don't really care about the final score. Click here to read full news..
