The Department of State Services has been accused of refusing to be served court papers required to institute a case against the service for the arbitrary detention of Olawale Adebayo, who was arrested for participating in the August 5, 20019 RevolutionNow protest in Osogbo, Osun State.Olawale had been held incommunicado since that period without charges brought against him in any competent court.Ayo Onibukun, his lawyer, toldSaharaReporterson Tuesday that the DSS was frustrating his release.He said, 'We have tried serving them physically many times but they have refused.
