According to the World Health Organisation (WHO), one in every three women experience some sort of violence domestic or sexual.In Nigeria, there has been a rise in cases of domestic violence among couples and celebrities are becoming victims.Here is a list of 10 celebrities who were victims of domestic violence and abuse:1) Monalisa ChindaIn 2014 Nollywood actress Monalisa Chinda opened up and revealed that she was a victim of domestic abuse.Her first marriage to Dejo Richards ended over allegations of domestic violence and abuse.According to her, she tried all she could to make the union workI tried to make it work, but it takes two people to tango.
