Traffic gridlock in Lagos: Unfriendly, seemingly intractable

It is a constant spectacle at the Centre of Excellence, Lagos. A serious traffic snarl-up in virtually all parts of the state. From Ojota to Osodi, from Osodi to Apapa, Osodi to Mile 2, Mile 2 to Badagry and from the 3rd Mainland Bridge to Lagos Island and Lekki respectively. It is usually a gridlock. Worse still, when there is an accident, be it minor or major, it surely must snowball into an additional traffic worry emanating from who is guilty or who was right.
