TODAY, Chief Mobolaji Ayorinde, legal practitioner and Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) adds another year to his adult life as he turns 49 years old. And deservedly, for the eminent lawyer and man of letters, it is a day of celebration.With over 22 years of legal practice, which began in 1989, Ayorinde is today the principal partner of B. It has considerable experience in documentation of credit agreements, mortgages, loans and other types of relationship between financial institutions and their customers or counterparts.
