High internet penetration may not benefit Nigeria -Expert

Nigerias 21,891 per cent of internet penetra-tion between 2000 and 2010 may not benefit its economy as it would naturally be expected if the country doest not have and use its own internet exchange points and load the internet with contents generated domestically.
