Cameroon handball delegation mourns late president

The Cameroonian delegation to the 33rd Africa Handball Championship for Club champions in Kaduna said it would be difficult for them to fill the vacuum created by death of its president, Jules Moudime.The Treasurer-General of Cameroons Handball Federation, Mrs. Josephine Dede, told the News Agency of Nigeria on Monday in Kaduna that Moudime was a man who jogged every morning."His death is a big shock, considering the fact that he had not shown any sign of ill health since our arrival in Nigeria for this tournament."The federation will miss him so dearly; his body has already been kept in the mortuary while we are in touch with Cameroon for arrangements to convey his corpse back home.She, however, assured the organisers that his death would not disrupt Cameroons participation in the competition, saying that "we came for the tournament and we will stay till the end."
