Edo FA boss promises better days

The Chairman of Edo Football Association, Chief Abel Ehigie, says his administration will take football to the desired height.Ehigie, a retired referee, stated this in Benin when the FA signed-on Neo Media and Marketing Limited as the official marketer of the association.Ehigie said, "I want to use this opportunity to tell our people that were determined to do everything with our powers to take Edo football to the desired height."Ehigie said that the partnership with Neo Media and Marketing Limited was aimed at generating revenue for the various activities of the FA."Football, we all know, is capital intensive and that is why we have to sign a reputable marketing outfit to source for funds. Im positive that our partnership with will yield results."On his part, Ehi Braimah, the CEO of Neo Media and Marketing Limited promised to apply his best to ensure that football in the state came back to its active days."Im happy to be part of the new spirit in the state. The present board led by Ehigie has demonstrated enough vision and determination to revive football in the state and together we shall get there."The Memorandum of Understanding was signed on Friday at the FA secretariat, Benin City.
