Ogun employment programme: Shortlisted applicants to report for screening Wednesday

The second crucialstep towards concluding the process of creating 10,000 jobs under the Ogun State Rapid Employment Generation Programme initiated by the Ibikunle Amosun administration will be taken on Wednesday, as the first batch of 5,000 applicants shortlisted last month have been advised to report for screening and interview.The shortlisted 5,000 applicants will be interviewed at the M.K.O Abiola Stadium and the June 12 Cultural Centre, both in Kuto area of Abeokuta.Applicants with post-graduate degrees, first degrees, Higher and Ordinary National Diplomas, Nursing/Midwifery Certificates and National Certificate in Education will be interviewed at the Cultural Centre, while the other shortlisted applicants with secondary school and Trade Test certificates are to report at the MKO Abiola Stadium.The interview sessions will commence by 10.00 am. Candidates are expected to bring along original and photocopies of their certificates and local government identification.Also, the list of the second batch of shortlisted 5,000 applicants will be released on Monday through the OGTV and the state website, www.ogunstate.gov.ng, and the applicants whose names feature on the list should report for screening and interview on Thursday.All the process that will lead to the final engagement of the successful candidates will be completed by November 16 when such candidates are expected to collect their letters of engagement.
