House of Illustration to move to new permanent gallery named after founder Sir Quentin Blake

London will be home to the world's largest public arts space dedicated solely to illustration with the launch of a new 8 million gallery named after Sir Quentin Blake.House of Illustration, the only gallery in the UK that specialises in drawing and graphics, is moving from its current home in Granary Square, Kings Cross, to New River Head in Islington, and will permanently house the 40,000-strong archive of its founder.
