Tribunal dismisses Masaris petition

The Katsina State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal yesterday dismissed the petition of Aminu Bello Masari, Congress for Progressive Change (CPC) governorship candidate, against the return of Governor Ibrahim Shema of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the April 26 poll. In a five-hour long verdict, the justices of the tribunal, led by C. I. Jombo-Ofo sitting with E. Teetito and D. Z.
